Grazie Nino, questa immagine fa parte di una mia ricerca, durata cinque anni, sulla scomparsa dei vecchi casotti della Marina, soppiantati man mano da anonimi e caldissimi monoblocchi in prefabbricato. Ciò ha comportato anche un "cambio di costume" (scusami il facile gioco di parole...) per la stessa fruizione balneare: i chioschetti (che vendevano solo pizzette, bibite e "peroncini") sono stati soppiantati dagli attuali mega stabilimenti balneari di cui tanto si discute oggi; prima intorno ai casotti "ruotavano" diverse figure, dal falegname all'imbianchino ed al trasportatore con il Tre Ruote Piaggio: infatti venivano smontati in autunno, manutenuti e riposizionati con la bella stagione. Per finire, oltre ad essere molto più grandi degli attuali, molti avevano anche le finestre per meglio arieggiare o metterci ad asciugare i costumi e asciugamani... Tutto un altro mondo!
