Questa foto ha un suo perché. Quando l'ho scattata Torino mi appariva come una città monocromatica, bellissima nelle sue vesti austere di capitale di livello europeo, ma pur sempre grigia e con pochi colori. Di conseguenza mi ha colpito l'apparizione del tutto casuale di questa assonanza di rossi squillanti sul far della sera, come in certe foto in cui artificiosamente si mettono in risalto elementi colorati in una foto in bianco e nero. Qui erano già bell'e pronti, così ho scattato.
