Avenue of cypresses in two rows ... in a double row sent on October 18, 2024 (12:03) by Lorisb. 26 comments, 610 views. [retina]

at 111mm, 1/500 f/8.0, ISO 100, hand held. Bolgheri, Italy.

I have a piece of advice to give to those who decide to visit Bolgheri to go on weekdays (I know it's stupid but avoid the weekend if you want to portray this avenue of cypresses, as I did on Sunday) otherwise use the early morning hours, you will find very beautiful photos on the web with favorable light and colors.
This is what I managed to do with holy patience, waiting on the side of the road for the best moment.
Below are two moments with different zoom
lengths

I chose the cover version with the longest avenue to give way to present it in all its splendor.

Those ups and downs remind me of the "66", it is really beautiful with a nice glance. But immediately a flash comes to me: you walking on the line moving away. If it were I would come to congratulate you directly at home

A nice photo of a beautiful avenue that I know very well. I have passed there countless times by bike. As you said, I think it is almost impossible to see the whole avenue free of vehicles and / or pedestrians.
