In questa prima parte mi soffermerò nel lato dx dell'edificio (sx per noi che osserviamo) caratterizzato dalla "piccola" scalinata che sale al piano superiore dove incontreremo una curiosa e bella opera di utilità per spettacoli nei prossimi reportage.
