Solar Full Disk sent on October 03, 2024 (11:22) by Gianluca Galloni. 11 comments, 545 views. [retina]

Scary.
I am fascinated by the shots of the Sun, unfortunately I do not have the appropriate equipment to try my hand.
congratulations!

I can't find the right adjective to describe it! Stunning? Fantastic? All that hydrogen burning... what a sight!
Great job, congratulations!

Thank you all, it is very nice to see the work appreciated.
The image has been deliberately processed aggressively to enhance the weak surface structures. Let's say that it is not the classic image to be seen in high resolution in every detail, but to be observed in its entirety to appreciate the activity :-D

:-or Never seen anything like it, except in books or on TV, the caption for me is...."ancient Aramaic".... but visually the image is adir little "stratospheric" things for professionals in the sector. :-or Congratulations.
Have a nice day

I don't understand anything about the technique you used (my ignorance about it is maximum), but I see the result and I must say that it is really masterful
Thank you Gianluca for the excellent and suggestive shot you gave us
Good evening
