Companion Sunsets sent on June 13, 2013 (17:30) by Zay. 20 comments, 3497 views.

, 1/8 f/10.0, ISO 200, tripod.

I compiti li avevo fatti bene.

I thank you for your passage! ;-)
ps this is the one which in Latin is called "Bottis culonis" and I would not say that fortune favors the brave:-D

beautiful, if it had been a little closer the shot would have been the top. you can catch up on some "color" of the fox?
I think from the first crop boulder that you see in the lower left on the contour of the hill could invite more to look at the tree and the fox to me so I gaze falls on the blue sky to the left

Zay ;-)

Hello guys and thanks for the appreciation ;-)

@ Ubbi: Well, let's talk about 'my choice of cutting and composition. In all my photos I try to find that person that gives you at the click of a leadership role. The main subject, however, never becomes the focus of the photo but its integramento, almost a sort of theater because I implement if I wanted to point out the best fox would close on her (I could not do it anyway because it gave me time :-)) but at that point would have been a natural photo photo hunt, this is after all a picture of the landscape in which it is not the subject (animal or tree that is) to be her master, but the curiosity to catch every detail of the click. This my workflow can be understood as the fox I even closed the shadows leaving only some improvemvisible detail so that he would follow the silhouette of the hill becoming an integral part of it, and then as a union natural earth-life.
The long and narrow cut has been chosen for similar questions. Try to stop the fox but, as you say, your eyes want to take a left and go down the hill. In this way you never get bored of the fox as it will force the gaze to jump on other details. It may be that many do not even have noticed the tree immediately.
I did some tests in the past if it was better to have inclines to the left rather than the right. Received a lot of feedback and it turned out that a slope on the left gives the sense of space and infinity, to the right gives a sense of security and staticismo, some even had an almost oppressive and claustrophobic.

Coin any case I am aware that a click is wrong explained, but sometimes an interpretation can help ;-)

Thanks for the ride Ubbi I am always pleased as they come out different visions!

Zay ;-)
