"Close-up" sulla nebulosa ad emissione "flaming star" (IC-405) nella costellazione Auriga (cocchiere). Situata a poco più di 1600 anni luce da noi, si trova in una zona del cielo ricca di idrogeno ionizzato e polveri varie. La ripresa è stata effettuata con il Celestron RASA 8 e la ASI 183MC-Pro. Integrazione di 45 scatti da 5 minuti ciascuno con filtro a doppia banda IADS NBZ (Ha e OIII). Seeing e trasparenza non esaltanti. Elaborazione effettuata con PixInsight.
