La galassia del Triangolo, M33, è stato il primo oggetto che ho scelto per realizzare la prima astrofotografia del nuovo telescopio che vanta una lunghezza focale di 1.6 metri e un rapporto focale pari a F8 e con cui mi divertirò parecchio, spero, nel periodo invernale. Personalmente adoro la Galassia del Triangolo sia perché la sua forma, a spirale, è quella che preferisco tra le varie forme delle galassie ma soprattutto perché ha dei colori stupendi. Tra l'altro al suo interno ci sono tantissime nebulose ad emissione di idrogeno e avrebbero meritato qualche ora in banda stretta ma tant'è. Per realizzare questa fotografia ho integrato 6 ore totali di fotografie da 5 minuti l'una utilizzando una camera astronomica raffreddata e monocromatica su una montatura equatoriale. Le riprese sono state effettuate in 3 diverse serate scattando come sempre dal mio balcone in provincia di Siena.
