Situata sul piano della nostra galassia, ma lontana 90° circa dal suo centro, troviamo questa zona di nebulosità chiamata IC1396. Nella parte alta a ore 12 è possibile vedere la Nebulosa Proboscide di Elefante che dista da noi 2.400 anni luce. Dati tecnici: Canon EF200 F/2 L IS USM, Asi 2600mc, Avalon Linear, Voyager, Pixinsight. Integrazione: Optolong L-eNhance 57x360s, pari ad una integrazione totale di 5h 42m.
