Lo Sligachan Old Bridge è un antico ponte in roccia circondato da una sorta di anfiteatro montano. Si trova ad un crocevia fondamentale per visitare l'isola di Skye, per cui probabilmente vi capiterà di passarci . Si racconta che le acque, che attraversano il fiume sotto lo Sligachan Old Bridge siano incantate ed abbiano poteri magici. E pare garantiscano addirittura “la bellezza eterna” alle donne! Tenete presente, però, che lavarsi il viso in quella che molti definiscono la “fonte dell'eterna giovinezza” non è una cosa così semplice come sembra tenendo conto della temperatura e del fatto che non vi dovete asciugare il viso una volta fuori dall'acqua, è necessario che il viso si asciughi da solo naturalmente.
