Un saluto a tutti dopo la pausa estiva, si riparte con il reportage fotografico dei Paesi Baschi, ben ritrovati. Una fusione perfetta tra cielo, terra e mare: il Centro Botín di Santander incarna pienamente questa descrizione. Il complesso architettonico è formato da due corpi, collegati tra loro da una serie di passerelle in acciaio e vetro che creano una piazza elevata dalla quale, attraverso scalinate ed ascensori, è possibile accedere al centro. Da qui si estende, per venti metri oltre il molo, un vero e proprio trampolino sul mare. L'ala est ospita l'auditorium (adibito a concerti, letture, conferenze, feste e cerimonie) ed il centro educativo (che ha lo scopo di ospitare laboratori creativi d'arte, musica, danza e cucina, per bambini o adulti). Nell'ala ovest, invece, si trovano, su due livelli, le gallerie espositive caratterizzate da un doppio affaccio panoramico sul mare e sul parco.
