Ho rielaborato questo scatto di un paio di anni fa utilizzando nuove tecniche apprese e con una speciale alchimia dei colori che la fanno sembrare una normale ripresa RGB ma con molto più dettaglio, grazie alla ripresa in banda stretta

Very interesting since it is generally not taken in narrow band. In your opinion, however, does it make more sense to shoot it in rgb because in narrowband it increases the shooting times? Maybe the "clouds/dust" around get lost a bit by shooting in the narrow band?

Yes, because not only is the Ha signal usually higher in the narrowband, but in this case also Oiii and Sii

Although looking at this old RGB shot of mine, the difference doesn't seem so exaggerated to me :-)

I see the signal quite strong but looking at Running Man / NGC 1977 I notice less nebulosity, ditto for the background sky. So yes, it is a slightly different signal. However, I certainly want to do the narrowband test.
