questa immagine rappresenta il cuore del Sahara, nella regione del Fezzan (Murzuq) - queste dune sbalorditive si raggiungono con piste affascinanti scendendo dalla cittadina di Sabha - questo vasto territorio di deserto puro confina a sinistra con il Tassilli (Algeria) e a sud con il Niger- a detta delle nostre guide/autisti nessuno ha mai potuto inoltrarsi perché formato da vasti oceani di sabbia e quindi non percorribili dai fuoristrada - le componente probabilmente ricche di quarzo rosso donano a queste dune un aspetto "marziano" - dopo aver ammirato sbalorditi tanta bellezza montiamo le tende per la notte e cuciniamo una cena che rimarrà nella nostra memoria - l'indomani con queste immagini negli occhi e nel cuore risaliremo le piste per Sabha dove un'oasi ospita una cittadina dotata di piccolo aeroporto per Tripoli -
