I see you're testing the autofocus of the z6iii :-P
Nice shot.
How do you consider the af compared to the Z9..... lower I guess.... But how much?

Hi Sergio, the Z9 in these very fast situations is more performing and precise!
However, I never expected the Z6III to be able to hook and follow an alpine finch in flight, a huge step forward compared to the Z6II.
This camera detects the subject's eye right away, unlike the Z6II, which in many situations had to manually move the single point!
I tried it only a couple of days but I was pleasantly surprised, the increase in the gust was excellent!

Beautiful image.
The Z6 III will suffice for most birding situations, for a reasonable price and size. Sorriso
