Grazie Piero, ho provato tempi variabili tra 1/20 ed 1/80, con risultati diversi e non facilmente prevedibili. Purtroppo non honavuto molto tempo, una mezz'oretta, laddove sarei rimasta tutto il giorno a sperimentare. Avevo molti dubbi ed avrei provato molto volentieri varie opzioni; mi sa che mi resta Tata per fare prove di 'canning' ;-)

Thanks Peter, I tried varying times between 1/20 and 1/80, with different results and not easily predictable. Unfortunately honavuto a long time, half an hour, if I would have stayed all day to experiment.
