Non so se è il risultato di un crop, di certo eri a distanza ravvicinata ma credo che tu abbia sottostimato il valore della pdc risultante dal diaframma che tu hai scelto e dalla distanza di ripresa. (più è vicino il soggetto e più si riduce drasticamente la pdc) . Qui la parte che fa perno alla foto tessera è l'occhio (+anello oculare) ma questi non risulta nitido perchè fuori fuoco  .
Penso che con un f.11 e un punto di maf più chirurgico risolvevi il problema di non nitidezza  . (imho).

I do not know if it is the result of a crop, certainly you were at close range, but I think you've underestimated the value of the pdc resulting from the diaphragm you have chosen and the shooting distance. (Closer the subject, the more you drastically reduces the pdc). Here the part that pivots to the passport photo is the eye (ocular + ring), but this is not clear because out of focus: fconfuso:.
I think with a f.11 and a point of maf more surgical risolvevi the problem of not ;-) sharpness. (Imho).
