Oggi sono uscito con la speranza di incontrare proprio lui. Ho affittato un pedalò (avrei preferito la barchetta con il motorino elettrico, ma una leggera increspatura delle acque del lago dovuta ad un leggero vento ha fatto temere il peggio al signore che le affitta: per paura di un nafragio mi ha costretto a pedalare sotto il sole di luglio...) e tenendomi a distanza di sicurezza ho costeggiato tutto il canneto della metà settentrionale del lago osservando di tanto in tanto con il binocolo. Alla fine un fugace movimento tra le canne ha attirato la mia attenzione. Mi sono lasciato trasportare dalla leggerissima corrente e ho potuto fare decine di scatti a questo magnifico e timidissimo soggetto. Oggi, una volta tanto, sono davvero soddisfatto!
