Don't come and tell me "you can sue", because the procedures, especially at an international level, are complex, and expensive and honestly, getting into a quagmire is not convenient for anyone, especially if you are an amateur photographer. Grazie a tutti per i vostri graditi apprezzamenti e commenti.
Per chi non ha gradito il watermark voglio dire che, in linea di principio, sarei concorde con voi nel non metterlo; purtroppo, per un periodo di tempo ho pubblicato su una nota piattaforma fotografica, dove non è consentito il watermark; facendo una ricerca su google ho spiacevolmente scoperto che molte mie foto di still life sono state messe in vendita, senza il mio consenso ed a mia insaputa, su alcuni siti in nazioni diverse.
Non venitemi a dire "puoi fare causa", perchè le procedure, specie a livello internazionale, sono complesse, e dispendiose e sinceramente, infilarsi in un ginepraio non conviene a nessuno, specie se sei un fotografo amatoriale.
Unica soluzione, a mio modesto parere, resta quella di rendere la vita difficile a quei malintenzionati che vorrebbero acquisire immagini a proprio uso e consumo. |
