You could fix the negative, with gummed paper for body shops, to a LED diffuser panel and photograph the frames with camera and lens (possibly macro at R R. 1:1), with the camera on a tripod or in any case leaning, at the minimum, ISO sensitivity and with an aperture set to f. 8 (as I do for my positive and negative frames) ;-)

Yes, in fact I have to organize myself as I do with the 35 mm, I took a kit with LED spotlight and negative holder and then I photograph with macro lens and extension tubes to have 1:1 magnification. I think I'll get the lomography digitaliza plus which is complete and works for both formats.
