Very nice Daniele.
I notice that you shot with a Fuji, how did you find yourself in color management and how did you manage the shot?

Hi Gianluca, thank you very much for your appreciation! As for the color, the shooting is monocratic, false colors are added in post... It is a very particular type of filming, in fact videos are made and then with special software only the best frames are selected, i.e. those that are less affected by atmospheric turbulence...

Thanks for the answer Daniele, the technique is clear to me, I also do several shots in h-alpha and beyond. I was referring to the fact that Fuji I imagine has a color sensor and I know from experience that in solar imaging the R channel saturates less than nothing and often leave a matrix as an artifact. Do you have the option to shoot in 2x Binning?

Hi Gianluca, now I understand your question, excuse me. So, in the meantime it must be said that I don't take raw photos but jpegs or even better videos. This is because after many tests I have seen that it is better to have more frames to add than a few raw frames. Then, what I do is set the type of digital film to black and white, plus Fuji has additional options including black and white with red filter. I choose this one because it is the one that gives me the most signal. It won't be like having a dedicated mono camera (which sooner or later I'll get) but neither will it be like having a dedicated mono camera where they say that color cameras are unusable for narrowband shooting because you quarter of the pixels are blind. (And in the case of Fuji it would be even worse because it has a weird matrix with many more green pixels than reds and blues) Never had any artifact problems with the Fuji matrix. Hello, Daniele
