Nella Valle dello Zanskar, in un viaggio organizzato da Alessandro Bergamini, ho avuto la possibilità di assistere alla Puja del mattino in un monastero . Una cerimonia quotidiana di forte impatto emotivo. Una volta presa posizione vicino ai monaci è stato possibile effettuare qualche scatto, senza peraltro potersi spostare ma solo dalla propria posizione; un autorizzazione comunque molto cortese ed utile. Lo scatto è stato effettuato in questa situazione. Da notare il viso del monaco poco più che bambino segnato dal forte sole, tipico delle altitudini oltre i 4.000 metri di altezza.
