Poco prima di arrivare al Naabi una mattina abbiamo incontrato un pride di leoni che due femmine adulte e diversi giovani che hanno giocato a lungo rincorrendosi. Questo pride in quei giorni aveva presso possesso della collina del Naabi tanto che i ranger hanno dovuto chiudere il sentierino che porta sulla collina su cui si sale per vedere il Serengeti.
