La dignità degli ultimi. Quante volte, presi dal nostro "fare", viaggiamo di corsa perdendoci spesso e volentieri la bellezza di cosa e di chi ci contorna. Quella mattina non ero presa dalla solita routine con la velocità impostata a 2X, come per i messaggi vocali, quelli che durano troppo, quelli che ci scoccia anche di ascoltare e che li riproduciamo velocemente per non perdere troppo tempo; quella mattina ero in vacanza e viaggiavo lenta assaporando il primo giorno di ferie al bar con un buon caffè e con un cornetto, quando lo vedo entrare. In un giorno come un altro probabilmente il mio sguardo non si sarebbe soffermato troppo, ma in quella modalità "1X" mi accorgo della sua presenza e lo guardo.
