Sicuramente i flash sono migliori in tutto per tutto, ma spesso utilizzo la luce continua (soprattutto per i still life).
Il soft box che ho utilizzato me lo sono costruito, personalizzato, sia per potenza che gestione luce, quelli in vendita non mi convincevano.

Certainly flashes are better in everything, but I often use continuous light (especially for still life).
The soft box that I've used myself are built, customized, both for power management that light, those sales did not convince me.
