La situazione fotografica è stata la Seguente:
Mi trovavo in macchina lungo questa stradina, ottica appoggiata su sacco dal finestrino....... sulla staccionata alla mia destra incontro l'upupa, luce splendida, passo circa una mezz'ora a scattare, si è dimostrata una vera attrice......., dopo la sua partenza tutto soddisfatto del bellissimo incontro, mi riguardo le foto scattate, e decido di mettere in moto la macchina e andare via.........., mi giro a sinistra casualmente e........vedo questo esemplare di Cuculo dal Ciuffo che mi guarda, attimi di panico........misto stupore, paura di farlo scappare, ecc.. piano piano sposto la macchina fotografica, la appoggio allo specchio laterale della portiera, e scatto!!! solo pochi fotogrammi, ma eccolo qua!!! Per me è stata una grande soddisfazione, un pò per la rarità di questa specie in Camargue e un po' per la grande Emozione che ho provato!!!
