One of the most impressive waterfalls in Iceland (for me ;-) )! Here you were lucky to have an overcast sky: I found a beautiful sun, but definitely too strong for the backlight behind the waterfall, also because it overlapped with the water jet and created a bright spot that was difficult to control! :-(
Here the exposure is perfect; the only suggestion, but it's easy in hindsight, is to move a little further to the right so as not to overlap the jet of the waterfall with the cliff in the background...
Hello, Albertro. Una delle cascate più suggestive d'Islanda (per me  )! Qui sei stato fortunato ad avere il cielo coperto: io ho trovato un bel sole, ma decisamente troppo forte per il controluce dietro alla cascata, anche perchè si sovrapponeva con il getto d'acqua e creava una macchia luminosa difficile da controllare!
Qui l'esposizione è perfetta; unico suggerimento, ma è facile con il senno di poi, è quello di spostarsi un po' più a destra per non sovrapporre il getto della cascata con la rupe sullo sfondo...

ciao Alberto, grazie per i complimenti e per i consigli; purtroppo quello era l'unico spot praticabile quel giorno, solo il mio gruppo era composto da 17 persone, più svariati turisti... Sono già stato fortunato a potermi mettere tranquillo 10 minuti, poi chiaramente in post ho rimosso tutte le persone presenti.
Per quanto riguarda l'esposizione, ho fatto diversi scatti: questa è una panoramica che ho tirato fuori da un tot di scatti in verticale, fatti ognuno con esposizioni diverse, che ho poi mixato a posteriori. |
