Versione rielaborata delle nebulose Cuore e Anima (Heart and Soul) rispettivamente IC 1805 e IC 1848 nella costellazione di Cassiopea. Sono due nebulose diffuse distanti circa 7.500 anni luce da noi. Essendo regioni HII (nubi di gas idrogeno ionizzato) mostrano il loro meglio se riprese con appositi filtri a banda stretta. In questo caso sono presenti anche delle zone interne di OIII (ossigeno doppiamente ionizzato). La ripresa è stata effettuata usando appunto un filtro a doppia banda stretta passante (Ha + OIII). La camera di ripresa è la solita inseparabile ASI 183 MC-Pro sul Samyang 135mm f/2 ED UMC per Canon. L'immagine è il risultato dell'integrazione di 30 scatti da 300" ciascuno + 9 dark frame.
