Ciao, se me lo avessi chiesto allora, probabilmente avrei saputo rispondere.
Ora, rileggendo le impostazioni, posso solo azzardare:
a) ho cercato di staccare lo sfondo il più possibile (cosa che mi piace sempre)
b) abbandono i 100 ISO solo quando indispensabile per ridurre i tempi
c) compensazione perché probabilmente uno stesso scatto precedente era risultato troppo scuro nell'istogramma a
monitor
d) il tempo è conseguenza del diaframma usato (ero sicuramente in priorità di diaframma) e della luce molto intensa

L'inquadratura è stretta perché c'era letteralmente un'ORDA di gente, tutti a precipitarsi il più avanti possibile per fare un "primo piano" con la compattina, o a farsi fotografare CON la maschera, e inquadrature appena più larghe avrebbero inserito nelle foto anche personaggi assolutamente indesiderati.

Lo sfondo nero ... ammetto che non ci ho pensato, inoltre è un intervento di postproduzione molto pesante: in passato intervenivo spesso in modo pesantissimo, adesso mi limito a clonare via particolari che non ho potuto escludere in fase di composizione. Nelle foto in cui la velocità è essenziale, come in queste del carnevale, la cura esasperata della composizione non è possibile, e qualcosa di inidesiderato può entrare, quindi qua e là qualcosa ho clonato, ma rifare completamente uno sfondo che è comunque pulito ... evito (anche per pigrizia!).
Questa, credo di non averla proprio toccata. In una foto "sorella", non pubblicata e scattata con campo molto più largo, ho eliminato diversi personaggi.

Vero, è fuori fuoco, come lo è anche quella di destra: 160mm, F2.8, abbastanza vicino al soggetto ... era inevitabile.
Il piano di MAF è sotto l'occhio sinistro (quello che si vede a destra nella foto).
Avrei dovuto chiudere il diaframma per avere a fuoco tutta la maschera, ma ammetto che non saprei calcolare di quanto, né ragionandoci né al volo mentre la maschera si spostava: per arrivare a questi automatismi mentali bisogna essere MOLTO più bravi di me!
