Un tempo le piazze si chiamavano ?????, che era il centro commerciale e sacrale delle città.

La desertificazione ha conseguenze econimiche, ma anche sociali (e pscicologiche). Acquistare su internet e/o andare "vicino" in un mega centro commerciale, rende molto rarefatte le relazioni umane (tante persone, quansi nessuno che conosco) e rende inesistenti quelle col commerciante. Avere un mercato di quartiere rende invece le relazioni sociali solide fra le persone. Il commerciante un amico. La desertificazione porta la solitudine delle relazioni dove vivo, ho ormai solo una coscienza individuale e non più collettiva, non conosco più nessuno e mi sento sempre più piccolo piccolo...
