Ci sarebbe molto da dire sul "soggetto" di questa foto che io identifico nello "sguardo". In altri termini credo che questa foto con la sua staticità, frontalità si avvicini molto all'idea di "icona" forse esagero ma lo sguardo non è un fatto fisico, si avvicina molto all'astrazione. Per citare il mio vecchio maestro: (la differenza che passa tra un'opera semplicemente decorativa, e un'opera d'arte consiste nel fatto che un oggetto decorativo ha le "frecce" rivolte verso l'interno, mentre nell'opera d'arte le "frecce" si espandono verso lo spazio, o meglio creano spazio. Ecco direi che le frecce in questa foto vanno nella giusta direzione.

Pasquino ti ringrazio tanto per il tempo che passi per commentare con completezza e competenza i miei ritratti. Ho letto con sintonia quello che hai scritto che condivido in pieno nella definizione dell' opera artistica che non puo' prescindere per essere tale di contenere certe qualita' comunicative.... che la rendono viva e espansa verso l' esterno per essere accolta da chi la fruisce. Perseguo i miei ritratti , non cercando gli effetti speciali ma cercando di cogliere espressivita' che comunicano di un mondo interiore.... cerco di fare questo..... e mi fa' piacere che lo hai rilevato.... grazie e a presto su Juza.

Per quello che riguarda l'aspetto tecnico, la tua scelta di scattare a f9 ( dove quasi tutti gli obbiettivi sono più nitidi- tra f5.6-f11) e un tempo di un 160 per mettersi al riparo dal micro mosso, rispecchia quello che commentavo in un' altro tuo ritratto, quello della capacità di tirare fuori il meglio dai tuoi scatti.

As for the technical aspect, your choice to shoot at f9 (where almost all the objectives are sharper-between f5.6-f11) and a time of a 160 to take shelter from the micro moved, reflects what I commented in an 'else your portrait, that of the ability to pull the best out of your shots.
