Per il fuoco può essere che il nibbio sia al limite della PDC.
Per la specie vi posso dire che in volo non aveva le proporzioni (che a me paiono più aggrazziate) del reale, ne i colori che danno l'idea del "biondo dorato", e nemmeno la coda ben forcuta; rimarrei dell'idea che sia un bruno ma terrò in conto delle osservazioni di Thoracopterus e Gianlu per verificare meglio sui manuali che ho e scambiando qualche impressione con più esperti di me.
Potete vedere anche questa che è dello stesso soggetto mentre si allontana dopo la scaramuccia:
