L'abito femminile di Bitti è costituito da sei parti. Sa este de tela comprende sa camisa e s'uresi e' tela; la camicia è di tela di cotone chiamata “crambiche” da cambrai (tessuto). Presenta finissimi ricami tra cui “su coro“. S'uresi e tela è la sotto gonna: la sua particolarità è nella riduzione del tessuto creata con un'arricciatura alta e fitta chiamata “s' intenta”. Sa este è composta da solopatu, uresi e coritu. Su solopatu è un corsetto aperto sul davanti che incornicia il petto ed è interamente di panno giallo ocra con inserti in terziopelo e velluto; è solitamente arricchito da ricami in filo di seta policromi (su punturizzu, sas aveddas e sas ispateddas); questi tre elementi incrociandosi nella parte posteriore formano una spiga, segno di prosperità e abbondanza. S' uresi è la gonna prevalentemente in orbace dalla quale prende il nome. Viene arricchita da diverse balze e ricami. Presenta due aperture verticali sui fianchi, denominate sas masculas, che le danno un aspetto slanciato e danno accesso a sas butzaccas, ovvero le tasche. La parte posteriore della gonna e interamente plissettata e i piegoni (sos ghiriones) partono all'altezza della vita e sono stretti da s'intrinza ricoperta anch'essa di terziopelo, bullu e zingu a seconda del ceto sociale. Degna di nota è la differenza tra le gonne degli anni '50, che presentano delle pieghe strette, e quelle di fine'800, aventi una plissettatura composta da pieghe più larghe. Su coritu è un bolero che presenta nelle ampie maniche un'apertura dalla quale fuoriesce lo sbuffo della camicia e si completa nei polsi con due punte che permettono di sfoggiare su coro. L'abito poi si completa con s'issalinu, lo scialle in seta con le frange che può variare nei disegni e nel colore. Viene indossato ripiegato a triangolo e viene fermato sulla testa lasciando che i lembi ricadano liberi sull'abito. Negli abiti di fine '800 proposti dalla nostra associazione, il copricapo è composto da una cuffia a navicella ricamata in canottiglia d'argento che serve a dare una forma allungata all'acconciatura. Su di essa è apposto un copricapo di tessuto (il cui colore variava a seconda delle occasioni) detto sa vela. Sulla camicia troneggiano i bottoni in oro che chiudono lo scollo, la spilla e sa zodia prima facente parte del rosario e in seguito utilizzata come ciondolo e realizzata in filigrana solitamente in oro. Sa zodia, nella parte centrale, racchiude un reliquiario con pezzi di stoffa benedetta o figure sacre e viene tenuta al collo con una catenina d'oro.
