Beautiful Alberto... Perhaps, if it had been possible, I would have looked for a little more space at the top.

Wonderful atmosphere, I too would have given more breathing room to the top of the frame.

I fully agree with Sergio and Charly, it is still an image with a fascinating
and evocative atmosphere.

Thank you Sergio, Charly and Elis!
I agree with what you say, the problem is that there was no space at the top! :-(
Unless you include a bad parking lot in a trattoria! ;-)

Congratulations Alberto,
very nice image and, to be honest, I don't mind at all the "tight" cut at the top.
Hello and good evening,
Paolo

Very daring compositional choice, the beautiful reflection on the river certainly deserved the shot but the scene above forced you to make a drastic choice, however I don't see a strong story in this image, the choice to include the boat and the river bank creates a fixed point that hooks the reflection with nuanced shapes to reality but without adding, In my opinion, a purpose.
Aesthetically the photo is very beautiful and the upper part blends, in color and shapes, with the rest of the image and this is enough to make the whole more than enjoyable.
congratulations.

Beyond the disturbing elements that can affect a composition, I like it with this cut, which makes the shot more original :-)

Congratulations

Hi Alberto... A great cut of the image that makes it much more interesting than traditional framing.. the observer can contextualize the world around the small cabin and the boats with the beautiful reflection congratulations
Greetings Riccardo

Hi Alberto,
I too is "missing" a thread of the upper part of the image. At this point I would have trimmed also below in order to lower the boundary line between land and water to bring it back as close as possible to the third of the image as it is unbalanced, at least to my eye. But it's a matter of personal taste. ;-)
Best regards.

www.juzaphoto.com/galleria.php?t=3065814&srt=data&show2=8&l=it

Ciao, Alberto.
