The best "compromise" result seemed to me to be this. At smaller apertures, the "dreamy bokeh" is lost and consequently the illusion of a sunset panorama disappears (it was perfectly recognizable that the one in the background is a house with the sun reflected on a window). At wider apertures, however, there was too little PDC and the ice was not sharp enough.
