La festa del grillo è una festa tradizionale di Firenze che ricorre nel giorno dell'Ascensione e che si svolge nel Parco delle Cascine. Si celebra il "grillo" fondamentalmente per due motivi: esso è l'emblema delle giornate primaverili e pertanto la festa in suo onore è, più in generale, una festa dedicata alla primavera.
