@Nico “ how did you do qst shot? „ These are two photos taken with a slight difference in focal length. One of these I blurred with photoshop's "motion blur" and placed on top of the other, not overlapping but slightly offset (how far offset depends on what kind of effect you want to achieve).
Layer mask and with a very soft brush you can bring out the parts that interest you most by playing a little on opacity as well.... easier than you might think ;-)

@Nico " come hai fatto qst scatto?" Si tratta di due foto scattate con una leggera differenza nella focale. Una di queste l'ho sfocata con “l'effetto movimento” di photoshop e posizionata sopra l'altra, non sovrapposta ma scostata leggermente (quanto scostata dipende da che tipo di effetto vuoi ottenere).
Maschera di livello e con un pennello molto morbido vai a far risaltare le parti che più ti interessano giocando un po' anche sull'opacità.... più facile di quanto si possa pensare
