Great blurred, maybe the smoke covers the face too but the expression of the subject is about a lot. Not bad! :-P
I would have tried to test the monochrome version or a minimum desaturate the background a little too distracting attention from the subject because of the bright colors. Just my point of view, of course, for the rest I find it excellent!

Roberto Ottimo sfocato, il fumo forse copre troppo la faccia ma l'espressione del soggetto si appresta molto. Non male! 
Avrei comunque provato a testare la versione monocromatica o a desaturare un minimo lo sfondo, distolgono un pò troppo l'attenzione dal soggetto per via dei colori accesi. Solo un mio punto di vista ovviamente, per il resto la trovo eccellente!
