Il Lemure sportivo di Petter (Lepilemur petteri) è un piccolo lemure che fa parte lemuri sportivi, una famiglia di lemuri notturni ed erbivori di media taglia con grandi occhi, orecchie attaccate lateralmente rispetto al cranio, muso corto e conico e forma ad otre del corpo dovuta al grande sviluppo dell'apparato digerente. Questa specie è stata scoperta solo recentemente ed è poco conosciuta. È uno dei lemuri sportivi più piccoli, con corpo lungo 23 cm., e vive nelle foreste spinose del sudovest del Madagascar. Ifaty-Mangily, Novembre 2023.
