I Sundanesi sono un popolo etnico indigeno della regione occidentale dell'isola di Giava, in Indonesia. Il regno sundanese raggiunse il suo apice durante il regno del re Sri Baduga Maharaja, tradizionalmente ricordato come un periodo di pace e prosperità.
