Grazie dei passaggi.. credo che la diffusione massiccia della telefonia mobile in tanti paesi in via in di sviluppo sia uno degli esempi più efficaci e visibili delle contraddizioni del progresso. Le compagnie telefoniche si sono trovate un bacino potenziale di utenti enorme, la possibilità di installare antenne e ripetitori a bassissimo costo, la possibilità di fare pubblicità, a costo ancora più basso e un profitto facile.

Poi se le persone spendono i soldi in ricariche telefoniche anziché per comprarsi (o comprare ai propri figli) un paio di mutande, bhé questo è solo uno dei tanti danni collaterali..
