In realtà, la luna non era piena ed è per questo che non si dovrebbero vedere le stelle nella zona d'ombra, ma durante la post produzione, aumentando la nitidezza, si è creato questo disturbo (non so se in parte siano stelle o solo grana da iso).
Comunque me ne sono accorto dopo averla salvata e non ho voluto modificarla perchè mi piace l'effetto

In fact, the moon was not full and that is why you should not see the stars in the twilight zone, but during post production, increasing sharpness, has created this disorder (not sure if they are stars or in part only grit iso).
