Arch. Luca Beltrami; inaugurata nel 1905. Progettata dopo un'accurata ricerca, effettuata dallo stesso Beltrami, sui documenti e sulle fonti iconografiche della torre, realizzata da Antonio Averulino detto il Filarete nel 1452 e crollata nel 1521. Davanti ad essa vediamo la fontana denominata “Torta degli sposi”, nella quale sono chiusi i getti nella vasca centrale; la qual cosa lascia libera la visuale della torre.
