I had been looking at it on Tobacco for a long time... then one day in September 2022 I decide for a short excursion to the church of S. Antonio. I leave in the early afternoon, arrive at the church and... continuous, first upwards, beyond the woods, then towards the Ungarina casera that I reach almost at sunset, without meeting a person, only a chamois at high altitude, then a male roe deer that flees barking and on the way back, at dusk now, a deer cuts me off the road in the woods. I arrive at the car in the dark using the front. A lot of effort but it was worth it. I will return again, starting earlier, maybe in late October to capture the colors of autumn.

Anonymous Grazie Silvano per il tuo bel commento. Effettivamente per me la Venzonassa è stata una bellissima scoperta. L'avevo adocchiata sulla Tabacco da parecchio tempo...poi un giorno di settembre 2022 decido per una breve escursione alla chiesetta di S.Antonio. Parto nel primo pomeriggio, arrivo alla chiesa e...continuo, prima verso l'alto, oltre il bosco, poi verso la casera Ungarina che raggiungo quasi al tramonto, senza incontrare una persona, solo un camoscio in quota, poi un capriolo maschio che fugge latrando e al ritorno, al crepuscolo ormai, una cerva mi taglia la strada nel bosco. Arrivo alla macchina con il buio usando la frontale. Tanta fatica ma ne è valsa la pena. Ci ritornerò ancora, partendo prima, magari ad ottobre inoltrato per cogliere i colori dell'autunno.
