Oggi vi presento una suggestiva immagine che ha come soggetto la Nebulosa Aquila (conosciuta anche come M16). Si possono osservare con nitidezza anche i tre famosi Pilastri della creazione (colonna uno, colonna due e colonna tre) ovvero tre colonne dense di gas freddi e polvere che si trovano a ben 6.500 anni luce da noi, illuminate dalla radiazione di giovani stelle di grande massa. Il soggetto è stato proposto e riproposto moltissime volte e sono famosi gli scatti NASA che lo ritraggono ma io lo trovo sempre uno spettacolo affascinante che mi fa pensare all'immensita' e alla complessità dello spazio nel quale siamo avvolti.
