Mi ha riportato a 10 anni fa ed al dispiacere di non aver avuto la possibilità di fare foto così ai miei di nonni... :'-)
A livello puramente tecnico...
Forse avrei chiuso un po' di più il diaframma e messo perfettamente a fuoco anche tutto l'occhio e la parte destra del viso...ma siamo nei sofismi credo...

Maybe I turned a bit 'more of the diaphragm and properly focused even whole eye and the right side of the face ... but I think we're in sophistry ... Bellissimo il soggetto!

Bellissima, viva le nonne, io abito con la mia e l'adoro nonostante tutti i suoi problemi. Tornando alla foto apprezzo molto anche la messa a fuoco selettiva sull'occhio. Bravo

Innanzi tutto complimenti per la nonna ed i suoi 92 anni!
Non sono una esperta di ritratti, ma due tecnicismi te li posso suggerire lo stesso: il soggetto è molto centrale (decentrandolo verso destra avresti tolto anche buona parte del rametto verde che un po' disturba) e con troppo poca aria nella parte inferiore del viso (hai pelato il mento con il bordo inferiore).
Però dici che è uno scatto rubato, quindi ci può stare.
Magari in un prossimo tentativo prova a tenerlo a mente.
Per cose ancora più tecniche, spero vengano quelli più esperti di me a darti qualche consiglio.

First of all, congratulations for the grandmother and her 92 years!
I am not an expert on portraits, but two technicalities them you can suggest the same: the subject is very central (decentrandolo to the right would have taken too much of the green sprig that a little 'disturbing) and with too little air in the lower part of the face (you bald chin with the bottom edge).
But you say it's a shot stolen, then there may be.
Maybe in a next attempt try to keep that in mind.
For more technical things, I hope those are more experienced than me to give you some advice. ;-)
