Greetings. Credo invece che a quei rapporti di ingrandimento sia opportuno utilizzare una velocità di scatto decisamente rapida.
L'ottica (e l'IBIS della fotocamera) mi avrebbe permesso sicuramente un tempo più lento ed un diaframma più chiuso se il soggetto fosse stato una pietra, ma non un insetto sul petalo di un fiore mosso dalla brezza ed a pochi centimetri dalla lente frontale.
Per la m.a.f.: è sbagliata? Perchè a me non sembra. E se non è sbagliata, vale il discorso di prima: la pietra la fotografo con la m.a.f. manuale, un soggetto in movimento no. 
p.s. - complimenti per l'ottima serie delle tue vere macro. Il mio è solo uno scatto estemporaneo, i tuoi sono lavori di qualità professionale.
