Non è semplice cogliere un momento in un luogo, il sole sale veloce e hai poco tempo per cercare il soggetto giusto nella giusta posizione. Stamattina alle 5 sono stato fortunato, un marangone dal ciuffo sui pali in riva al mare. Una corsa veloce in spiaggia per piazzarmi e prepararmi. Si lavora di ISO e tempi, ogni minuto aumenta la luce, ogni scatto è diverso. Una ventina di scatti abbassandoti sulle ginocchia mentre il sole sale per mantene il marangone nella sua corona. Ho dovuto sperare che si risvegliasse dal torpore e finalmente un becco aperto in un richiamo sottile, come un saluto al sole... Non esiste lo scatto perfetto, ma esiste, per me, il momento perfetto in cui sei un tutt'uno con la natura e ritrovi il senso della vita.
