Lungo le gole sono possibili diversi itinerari, purtroppo la bassa quota, la folta vegetazione e la mancanza di manutenzione rendono la maggior parte dei sentieri poco agibili. La soluzione ottimale consiste nell'arrivare fino alla fine delle gole e quindi tornare indietro per la stessa strada. Sotto sono relazionati alcuni possibili itinerari, in estate sono sconsigliabili per via della fitta vegetazione. Nei mesi estivi è anche possibile riuscire a non bagnarsi nei numerosi guadi, negli altri mesi praticamente impossibile, attenzione nel caso di forte portata perchè può essere molto pericoloso. Pericoloso è anche il tratto appena fuori le gole, prima di giungere ad una vecchia discarica (vera pazzia dei decenni passati, quando la "monnezza" si buttava a fiume), qui occorre fare molta attenzione perchè la traccia è esile ed una eventuale caduta potrebbe avere gravi conseguenze. Un itinerario estivo, sicuramente consigliato nel tratto delle gole comunque da fare con attenzione.
