A maggio di ogni anno presso i Bagni dal Moro a Rosolina Mare si svolge il Festival Internazionale degli aquiloni o Festa del Vento, che vede la partecipazione di amanti dell'aquilonismo provenienti da tutto il mondo. Il cielo del Delta del Po si riempie di mille forme e colori che rallegrano la spiaggia di Rosolina Mare.
