I Rabari, chiamati anche Rewari o Desai, sono una comunità nomade tribale dedica all'allevamento di bovini, capre e cammelli che vivono nell'India nord-occidentale, principalmente negli stati del Gujarat, Punjab e Rajasthan. Altri gruppi Rabari vivono anche in Pakistan, in particolare nella regione del deserto del Sindh. La parola “Rabari” si traduce come “estranei“, una descrizione equa della loro principale occupazione e del loro status all'interno della società indiana.
